The PT Centre is a facility targeted for females wishing to transform their bodies and become more confident in the gym and in their day to day lives. We understand that it can be intimidating walking into large commercial gyms and group classes that is why we created a judgement free space where women can come together to achieve their health and fitness goals.
We have a large focus on educating our clients, you will learn WHY you are performing certain exercises, what muscles you are working and we will ensure you are always practicing correct technique so you have the confidence to walk into a gym on your own and be confident in what you are doing.
Our main goal is to not only get you to reach your goals and get RESULTS but also teach you how to make this a long term life-style change. We have all tried different diet methods and participated in “quick-fix” challenges, only to fall back into old habits once the challenge is over. This is what we teach you how to stop! The methods you will learn at The PT Centre will be skills you can use forever!

Sequoia has been in the fitness Industry for over 5 years and specialises in coaching females from beginners all the way up to advanced athletes.
Sequoia is passionate about teaching her clients how to sustain their results and make permanent healthier lifestyle changes.
Sequoia is a Master Trainer, SSIC Level 1 & 2 certified coach, and qualified Sports Nutritionist. Her practical, science based methods to fat loss, nutrition and body composition has helped hundreds of women over the years feel more confident and become the best version of themselves.

CERTIFIED STRENGTH COACH
Jayme has been in the fitness industry for over 5 years. She has completed her Bachelors of Exercise Science at university and is a qualified strength and conditioning coach. She has a Level 1 S&C, 3&4 in fitness and has worked with a range of people from beginners to advanced elite athletes.
Jayme specialises in teaching females how to lift weights safely and correctly and build self confidence.

Emily's love and passion for fitness goes far beyond the physical aspects. Em loves the emotional and mental support that comes with going to the gym.
After seeing how the fitness industry was saturated with “quick-fix” diet fads, that she was so heavily influenced by in the past, Em began her journey in the industry with the goal of educating and empowering women to find strength not only in the gym but within themselves.

Tayah is passionate about educating her clients and is attentive to detail on form to ensure her clients are performing movements safely and effectively. She values that each individual is different which means that she tailors each client's programs individually to meet their needs and through doing this achieves amazing results.
She believes health and fitness embodies more than just training in the gym but is a lifestyle that includes your mindset and how you fuel your body too. She is passionate about bodybuilding and is an IFBB Bikini competitor. Tayah loves helping women feel good about themselves and teaching them how to live healthy lifestyles.

Tyler is passionate about educating her clients to be able to achieve sustainable results without restrictions, whilst finding a love for the whole process.
Her own fitness journey began 5 years ago, after following different fitness trends herself, she found her drive to educate herself on the fitness industry and became a coach. Her goal is to empower women from all different stages of their fitness journey and lead them to be educated and confident.
Through Tyler’s fitness journey she has found the process to be empowering and hopes to help other women feel this same way!

Sarah has always had a massive passion for health and fitness. Her journey begun 7 years ago where she fell in love with fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
Sarah’s goal as a coach is to empower and educate others to find their confidence and purpose. She aims to show all her clients how widely capable they are to achieve their goals and show them how they can do anything they put their mind too.
Sarah is continuing her education further on nutrition and strength training to optimise health. Her goal as a coach is to share this education with her clients with the goal of living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Grace's love and enthusiasm for fitness and health started at a young age. She found a love for strength training and knew that she wanted to make a career out of that passion. Grace trained as a client at the PT Centre before moving on to become one of our coaches.
Grace's goal is to teach her clients a balanced approach as she follows herself. Her training philosophy is to provide evidence-based training with programming individualised to each client. Grace shares the same passion and belief that exercise should be about loving your body, taking care of yourself, and striving to become the strongest, happiest version of yourself.
