
CLASS TIMETABLE
ALL fitness levels and lifting abilities welcome, we have smaller classes and an adequate number of coaches assigned to each class to ensure you get 1:1 time with one of our coaches. We can progress or regress any exercise to suit you.
You have the choice of either paying for a casual class or signing up to one of our unlimited class memberships. We highly suggest taking advantage of our 7 day free trial first!
MONDAY
DEADLIFT & GLUTES
Starting off with a deadlift focused strength session that includes a variety of glute focused movements.
TUESDAY
METCON
Time for some serious conditioning to optimise your cardiovascular fitness!
WEDNESDAY
UPPER BODY PUSH/PULL
A full upper body focused session, comprised of push and pull movements to create a completely balanced upper body.
THURSDAY
FULL BODY CIRCUIT
A mix of lower, upper and cardio exercises to create a balanced workout to challenge your entire body.
FRIDAY
GLUTES & MOBILITY
Our squat and glute focused session to not only build a booty but also prime your body with mobility and stretching exercises.
SATURDAY
VARIOUS
This program the weekly Saturday session will alternate between boxing to a full body workout.
