GROUP CLASSES

 ALL fitness levels and lifting abilities welcome, we have smaller classes and an adequate number of coaches assigned to each class to ensure you get 1:1 time with one of our coaches. We can progress or regress any exercise to suit you. 

You have the choice of either paying for a casual class or signing up to one of our unlimited class memberships. We highly suggest taking advantage of our 7 day free trial first! 

MONDAY

QUADS & GLUTES

A squat focused lower body session specifically targeted to shape your glutes and quads!

TUESDAY

UPPER BODY STRENGTH 

A session focused on a variety of pull movements as well as a few bicep and tricep exercises to help you build a sexy back ;) and toned arms 

WEDNESDAY

POSTERIOR CHAIN

Improve your athletic performance by targeting muscle groups along the backside of the body, including your back, glutes, hamstrings, and calf muscles.

THURSDAY

FULL BODY WEIGHTS & CONDITIONING 

 Time to get the heart rate up! This session has a mix of weights and cardio based exercises. This session is sure to get those post session endorphin flowing!

FRIDAY

GLUTESS & CORE

Yep! An entire session purely focused on growing and shaping your glutes. We include a variety of hip thrust, lunge and deadlift variations

SATURDAY

FULL BODY CIRCUIT

Your typical full body hit style circuit. Our favourite way to get those endorphins flowing for your weekend.
