CLASS TIMETABLE
ALL fitness levels and lifting abilities welcome, we have smaller classes and an adequate number of coaches assigned to each class to ensure you get 1:1 time with one of our coaches. We can progress or regress any exercise to suit you.

You have the choice of either paying for a casual class or signing up to one of our unlimited class memberships. We highly suggest taking advantage of our 7 day trial first!

MONDAY
QUADS + GLUTES
Squat focused lower body weight session. Target your glutes and quads to build shape your lower body.
TUESDAY
CONDITIONING
Short for metabolic conditioning is a great way to improve overall physcial health.
WEDNESDAY
POSTERIOR
A deadlift focused session that will work and sculpt your entire posterior chain: back, glutes, hamstrings and calves.
THURSDAY
UPPER PUSH/PULL
An upper body focused session, balances to strengthen and sculpt your entire upper body.
FRIDAY
GLUTES & MOBILITY
Our squat and glute focused session to not only build a booty but also prime your body with mobility and stretching exercises.
SATURDAY
VARIOUS
This program the weekly Saturday session will alternate between boxing to a full body workout.
