THE PTC PROJECT
The PTC Project is for women wanting to gain momentum, routine and structure to their lifestyle that is generally lost during winter. This is NOT a challenge, there are no body scans, individual winners or compulsory photos.
This is about HABITS, COMMUNITY & CONSISTENCY with a "teams" aspect for added motivation
TEAMS?!
Members will be split into 4 teams and have 1 of our coaches allocated as a mentor. Instead of a winning individual, one team will win! Judged off their overall consistency and commitment as a team
